We ship worldwide from Naarm/Melbourne using Australia Post. Every Mujō Made order is carefully packed and sent with tracking. Please see estimated delivery times and prices below:

Standard: 3–8 business days — $10 AUD
Express: Up to 3 business days — $15 AUD
NEW ZEALAND
Courier: Australia Post
Standard: 7–14 business days — $16 AUD
Express: 6–12 business days — $30 AUD
INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES All international customers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs charges required by their country. We recommend checking your local regulations before purchasing. Once your tracking number has been provided, Mujō Made is no longer liable for the parcel. For any disputes or issues, please contact Australia Post or your local postal carrier directly.


LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
We understand how frustrating a lost or damaged item can be. While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, once the parcel is shipped, Mujō Made is not liable for loss, theft, or damage. Please contact Australia Post with your tracking number for assistance.







RETURNS AND EXCHANGES At Mujō Made, we design and produce intentionally, in limited numbers and as one-offs. To minimise unnecessary shipping and waste, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before check out.

We do not offer refunds, but are happy to provide store credit or an exchange for eligible returns.


RETURN CONDITIONS To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• Tags must remain attached
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase
• Sale items and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned

We do not include return labels with orders. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

  1. Email info@mujomade.com with your Order Number in the subject line.
  2. Let us know if you'd like a store credit or exchange.
  3. We’ll provide you with the return address and next steps.
  4. Once your item is received and reviewed, we’ll process your request.

WARRANTY All Mujō Made pieces come with a 2-year production warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers any production-related faults, including material defects, workmanship issues, and construction errors. It does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or damage resulting from improper care.

If you notice a fault, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after discovering it. Any claim made within 2 months of noticing the issue will always be considered within reasonable time.

If your claim is approved, we’ll cover the reasonable shipping costs required to return the item for repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case.
